摘要
研究了钒与新显色剂 1 ,4 双肼酞嗪的显色反应。在pH 5 .8的HAc NaAc缓冲溶液中 ,加入溴化十六烷基三甲铵于 60℃加热 1 0min ,钒与 1 ,4 双肼酞嗪形成稳定的螯合物 ,λmax=42 2nm ,ε42 2 =1 .32× 1 0 4 L·mol- 1 ·cm- 1 ,钒的浓度在 0 μg/2 5mL~ 2 0 μg/2 5mL范围内符合比耳定律 ,检出限为 1 5ng/mL 。
A colour reaction of vanadium with new reagent of 1,4 dihydrazinophthalazine(DHPH) was studied systemically in the paper. In borax buffer medium of pH 5.8 and in the presence of cegyltrimethylammonium(CTMAB),Vanadium reacted with DHPH to form a stable orange complex at 60℃. The apparent molar absorptivity is 1.32×10 4 L·mol -1 ·cm -1 at 422 nm .Beer's law is obeyed in the concentraction range of 0 μg/25 mL~20 μg/25 mL for vanadium with detection limit of 15 ng/mL . The method was applied to the determination of V in steel samples with satisfactory results.
