摘要
目的:观察青光眼、白内障联合手术的结果,评价其疗效。方法:对20例24眼青光眼合并白内障患者,上方角膜缘切口行小梁切除术。向两侧扩剪切口摘除白内障,植入后房型人工晶体。结果:术后矫正视力较术前明显提高(P<0.05)。随访7～24个月,眼压控制良好,无严重并发症。术后视力低下的主要原因是青光眼所致神经损害。结论:对青光眼、白内障患者施行联合手术,可有效控制眼压,改善视力、降低手术并发症。
Objective: To analyze the results of the operation trabeculectomy combined with extracapsular cataract extraction and IOL implantation, and to evaluate its effect. Methods: 24 eyes of 20 cases with glaucoma and cataract were undergone trabeculectomy. and then extra - capsular cataract extraction and IOL implantation through the same but enlarged incision. Results: The postoperative visual acuity was improved statistically( P < 0.05) .The IOP was controlled during the 7~ 24 months follow- up period. No severe complications were found. The post - operative low vision was mainly caused by optic nerve damage due to glaucoma. Conclusion: The operation trabeculectomy combined with extra - capsular cataract extraction and IOL implantation is an efficient operation to glaucoma and cataract, for it can improve visual acuity and control the TOP at the same time without severe operative complications.
