组织蛋白酶-D的生物学特性及其与乳腺癌预后的关系 被引量:1

THE BIOLOGICAL CHARACTER OF CATHEPSIN-D AND ITS PROGNOSIS VALUE IN BREAST CANCER

摘要 查阅了国内、外 1979~ 1999年的有关文献。对有关Cath -D乳腺癌病人的预后有如下观点 :a .Cath-D能促进乳腺癌的转移、扩散 ,Cath -D阳性染色或高表达与不良预后有关。b .Cath -D属于雌激素调控蛋白家族 ,与乳腺癌好的预后相关。Cath -D是否能够促进乳腺癌的转移和扩散 ,仍有分岐 ,但多数学者趋向于肯定的结论。 Looking about the documents concerned at home and abroad from 1979 to 1999,there are two kinds of view,about the prognosis of breast cancer patient by Cath-D:a:Cath-D can stimulate the breast cancer metastasis, invasion, the positive expresson of Cath-D or high expression was correlated wih the bad prognosis. b: Cath-D was belong to the estrogen-regulated protein family, and related to the good prognosis. There are different kinds of view about the relation between the Cath-D and the prognosis of breast cancer. But the most scholars are inclined to the view that the positive expression of Cath-D was correlated with bad prognosis of breast cancer.
