摘要
目的 :探讨砷中毒角化皮损中肿瘤相关蛋白P5 3、Bcl- 2、PCNA的表达及相互关系。方法 :采用过氧化物酶免疫组化方法检测了 2 1例砷角化皮损中P5 3、Bcl - 2、PCNA的表达。结果 :砷角化皮损P5 3阳性率2 8 5 7%、Bcl- 2阳性率 2 3 81%、PCNA阳性率 5 7 14% ,而慢性皮炎组PCNA阳性率为 10 0 0 % ,经 χ2 检验 ,P<0 0 5 ,存在显著性差异。共同表达P5 3蛋白及Bcl- 2蛋白的标本 4例 (19 0 5 % )。结论 :砷角化皮损表皮细胞增殖活跃 ,在此基础上 ,某些易感个体可能发生P5 3基因突变 ,并引起Bcl- 2过度表达 ,二者协同作用导致肿瘤的发生。
Objective:To investigate the expression of tumor related protein P53,Bcl 2,PCNA in arsenical keratosis skin tissues.Methods:Applying streptavidin peroxidase immunohistochemistry technique to detect the expression of P53,BCL 2,PCNA in 21 arsenical keratosis skin tissues.Results:The results showed that P53 positive rate was 28.57%,Bcl 2 positive rate was 23 81%,and PCNA positive rate was 57 14%,however,in 10 chronic dermatitis PCNA positive rate was only 10.00%,the difference was significant between them (P<0 05).There were 4 cases with commonly expressed P53 and Bcl 2.Conclusion:Epidermis cells actively proliferate in arsenical keratosis skin tissues,meanwhile,P53 gene mutation may happen in the sensitive individual,subsequently bring ablut Bcl 2 overexpression,the co-operative consequence may result in tumors.
