摘要
目的 检测SLICPS 2 0 0 0型裂隙灯图像分析系统在白内障定量分析方面的可重复性。方法 3名检查者分别对同一组大鼠半乳糖性白内障晶状体图像进行定量分析 ;对同一只先天性白内障眼进行 1 0次分析 ;对同一幅白内障图像分析 1 0次。结果 不同检查者对同一组病例的检测 ,对同一病例进行多次检测 ,对同一图像多次分析 ,其检测结果比较差异均无显著性。结论 SLICPS 2 0 0 0型裂隙灯图像分析系统的白内障定量分析有很好的可重复性。
OBJECTIVE To test repeat performance of SLICPS 2000 slit lamp image in quantitative analysis of cataract.METHODS Three operators performed quantitative determinations of lens images separately in same one group of rat with galactose-cataract. Lens was determined at 10 times in one eye with congenital cataract. Each frame of the images was analyzed at 10 times.RESULTS There were no statistically significant differences of values among three groups.CONCLUSION SLICPS 2000 slit lamp image collect and process system has favorable repeat performance, can be used for quantitative diagnose of cataract.
