摘要 目的 :探讨骶神经调节治疗隐性骶椎裂排尿功能障碍的效果和安全性。方法 :对 1例隐性骶椎裂排尿功能障碍患者进行经皮穿刺骶神经测试、永久电极和可程控式骶神经调节器植入术 ,比较测试和植入术前后的排尿日记 ,记录不良反应。结果 :测试期间平均每次排尿量增加 5 2 %~ 190 % ,每天尿急发生率降低 4 2 %~10 0 % ;植入术后 1个月的平均每次排尿量增加 196 % ,平均排尿间隔时间延长 10 2 %。无明显不良反应。结论 :骶神经调节是一种创伤小、安全有效的治疗方法 。 Purpose:To explore the efficacy and safety of sacral nerve neuromodulation in voiding dysfunction secondary to spina bifida occulta.Methods:An percutaneous test stimulation and surgical implantation of an InterStim system were carried out on a patients with voiding dysfunction secondary to spina bifida occulta. The voiding diaries after the test and implantation were respectively compared with those before the test and implantation. The adverse events were recorded after the procedures. The literature was also reviewed.Results:There were a 52%~190% increase in the volume voided and a 42%~100% reduction in urinary urgency during the test period. The volume voided showed a 196% increase and the mean time between micturitions demonstrated a 102% extension 1 month after implantation.Conclusions:Sacral nerve neuromodulation is a microinvasive, effective, and safety therapy for the voiding dysfunction secondary to spina bifida occulta.
