摘要
分析了31例小脑出血患者的临床资料,认为小脑出血早期出现意识障碍、脑干症状,且血肿直径大于3cm者应手术治疗,如意识正常,无脑干症状,血肿小于3cm可保守治疗。并对小脑出血的临床分类、诊断标准及治疗措施进行了讨论。
Retrospective study was carried out in 31 patients with cerebellar hemorrhage confirmed by neurosurgery and CT scanning,including one case confirmed by necropsy.The results showed that there were various symptoms and signs in patients with cerebellar hemorrhage and usually led to misdiagnosis.Clinical classification and diagnostic criteria were put forward with literature review.Treatments of cerebellar hemorrhage with different clinical types were discussed.
