摘要
对66例乳腺癌进行Ag-NORs定量研究。结果表明,Ag-NORs与肿瘤的组织分化程度及预后密切相关(P<0.01,P<0.001)。直线相关分析Ag-NORs与病人生存年限呈负相关关系(r=-0.467 P<0.01)。表明Ag-NORs定量对估计乳腺癌患者预后有一定价值。
A series of 66 cases of breast carcinoma was studied by means
of Ag-NORs technique.The results showed that the mean numbers of Ag-NORs
correlated with tumor differentiation and the clinical course of the patients
(P<0.01,P<0.001).A negative relationship was found between Ag-
NORs and surviving years of patient(r=-0.467 P<0.01).It was conclud-
ed that.Ag-NORs is a valuable predictor of clinical prognosis in breast carci-
noma.
