摘要
本研究揭示淋巴结皮质、副皮质及髓质区的细胞类型大致相同,有典型的淋巴细胞、浆细胞、巨噬细胞和未成熟细胞。各区中的细胞分布比率不同。被膜下窦和各区的窦隙内面均由一层扁平淋巴内皮细胞构成。细胞间有大小不等的间隙,大分子物质及巨噬细胞、淋巴细胞等可以通过,巨噬细胞与相邻的淋巴细胞、浆细胞的胞质有直接连系。
The present study revealed that cell type in medulla is basic
same as the cortex and accessory cortex.There are typical lymphocytes,
macrophages,plasma cells,undifferentiated cells and so on.However the
cellular contribution are different in these areas.The inner surface of the
capsule sinuses,and sinuses in various areas were lined by the littoral
lymphoendothelial cells,but there are various spaces in size between the
cells.Some large molecular materials,macrophages,lymphocytes can pass
through these spaces.The macrophages contact with adjacent lymphocytes
and plasma cells directly.
