摘要
本文通过“带料弯曲拉伸试验机”校准确地模拟了08F薄板深冲的摩擦场。试验表明:在一定的材料付和润滑条件下,深冲摩擦系数与面压、变形速度、凹模圆角半径的变化服从μ_(SD)=KP_(SD)~mV_(SD)~nR_d^n关系式(式中K m、n、p为经验常数,且K>0,m、n、p均<0)。试验证实:采用流体润滑剂,模具的硬度高、模具表面粗糙度低、板材表面粗糙度高均有利于降低摩擦系数和减少“咬焊”现象的产生。在润滑剂中添加权压剂和摩擦稳定剂对改善深冲摩擦条件有积极的意义。
The friction condition of 08F thin sheet in deep drawing is simulated more accurately by means of 'Strip Bend-Drawing Tester' . The tests show that, given some material and lubrication, the relation of the friction coefficient in deep drawing with the mean surfact pressure、 deform velocityand die edge radia obey the following mathematics model: μsD= KPSDmVSDnRbp,where K、m、n、p are empirical constants, andK>0, m、 n、 p<0 . Still, the tests identify, that in general, under fluid lubricant, high die surface hardens, low die surface roughness, high sheet surface roughness are favourable to lower coefficient of friction and decrease galling . It is of positive significanae to add extreme pressure additives and friction modifier into lubricants in order to improve the friction condition in deep drawing .
