铜对矿山用耐磨铸钢抗腐蚀磨损性能的影响 被引量:2

Influence of Copper on Abrasion Resistance of Wear-Resisting Casting Steel for Mines

摘要 研究了铜对冶金耐磨钢衬板抗腐蚀磨损性能的影响,结果表明:在弱酸性(pH:5.5~6.5)条件下,试验钢的抗腐蚀磨损系数随着Cu含量的增加而提高,当Cu含量达1.5%时,试验钢的抗腐蚀磨损系数达到最大值,为高锰钢的2.89倍。用该试验钢生产的球磨机衬板在钼矿弱酸性湿磨条件下,其使用寿命是高锰钢衬板的3倍左右。 The paper studies on the influence of copper on the abrasion resistance of mill linings made from wear-resisting casting steel for metal mines . The results indicate that the abrasion-resisting coefficient of the tested steel increases with the increase of the copper content in the condition of weak acidity . When the copper content is up to 1.5%, the abrasion-resisting coefficient is up to its maximum, which is 2.89 times as high as that of high manganese steel . The service life of the mill lining made from the tested steel is about 3 times as long as that of the linings made from high manganese steel in the condition of wet grinding molybdenum ore with weak acidity.
