Techniques and Applications of Fiber Optic Chemical Sensors

摘要 由于能量和信息处理所涉及的光信号在一种化学惰性和电绝缘的介质──光纤中传输,光纤化学传感器促进了已广泛应用于化学分析中的光学技术和光谱学方法的发展。本文讨论了光纤化学传感器的探测原理、技术和应用。特别应值得注意的是利用光纤实现远程操作、多点和多方位监测。 The fiber optic Chemical sensors promote the development of optic techniques and spectrum optical spectroscopy that have already been widely applied to Chemical analysis, because the optical signal involved energy and information processing can be transmitted in a Chemical inert and electrical isolation fiber. This paper refers to the detecting principles, techniques and applications of fiber optic Chemical sensors. It is noteworthy that the remote operation, the monitoring of multiple points, and the multiple points of view can be liable to achieve through optic fibers.
