A Study on Belt-planetary Gear Continuously Variable Transmission

摘要 带式行星齿轮无级变速器实质上是一种可无级变速的封闭式差动轮系。根据差动轮系的 3个基本构件中必有两个将同为主动件或从动件这一特点 ,推导出 3个效率计算公式 :并将功率流向分析、循环功率的确定及效率计算有机地联系在一起。同时 ,还分析了功率流类型与调速范围的关系 。 In essence the belt planetary gear continuously variable transmission is a planetary differential train the speed of which is adjustable.So in this paper,based on the characteristic that of the three basic links in a differential gear train two must be either the driving or the driven,three new efficiency formulas are obtained;the power flow analysis,the determination of circulation power and the efficiency calculation are organically combined for research;meanwhile,the relationship between the power flow type and the adjustable speed scope is analyzed;and the designing steps and the computing method for this kind of continuously variable transmission are explained with examples.
