摘要
对轧机轴承的损坏原因进行论述 ,并用机构学原理对四辊轧机工作辊辊系机构进行了分析。通过在线测试 ,证实了轴承偏载的理论 ,在进一步分析的基础上提出改造方案。该方案在宝钢 2 0 5 0热轧精轧机组F4机架上进行应用 ,轴承偏载降低约 90 % ,轴承寿命因此大幅度提高。附图 3幅 ,参考文献 5篇。
The damage of mill bearings are discussed, and working rollers system of four roller mill is analyzed in mechanics principle. The load deflecting of the bearing is proved by a lot of on-line test. The reconstruction project is put forward on the base of theoretical analysis, whcih has been applied in F4 machine frame of 2050 hot rolling and exact rolling machine set in Baostell. The load deflecting of bearing has been decreased about 90%, so the life of the bearing is increased greatly.
