摘要
研究了再结晶退火温度、退火时间、合金化板温、锌液铝含量等工艺参数对IF钢合金化热镀锌钢板成型性和合金化镀层抗粉化性的影响。经试验室研究 ,运用统计技术 ,找到了上述工艺参数的优化值 ,并在武钢热镀锌机组上得以证实。生产出的IF钢合金化热镀锌钢板满足汽车较复杂件在成型性、抗粉化性、焊接性。
The effects of process parameters such as the recrystallization annealing temperature,annealing time,temperature of alloy plate and Al content in Zn bath on the formability of the alloy hot dip galvanized IF steel plate and the pulverization resistance of the alloy coating are investigated and the optimum values of the above mentioned process parameters determined by laboratory studies and statistic technique.Their good performance is proved at the Hot Dip Galvanizing Line in WISCO. The newly produced alloy hot dip galvanized IF steel Plate can meet the requirements of the automobile for the more complicated parts in the fields of formability,pulverization resistance,weldability,corrosion resistance and paintability.
