摘要
通过对 2 0 0 0年 1～ 8月邯钢二烧的烧结原料和生产的碱度为 1 6 5～ 1 95的烧结矿进行分析 ,认为在此原料条件下生产碱度为 1 8～ 1 9的高碱度烧结矿是可行的 ,其碱度波动可控制在± 0 0 5范围内 ,这样不仅可提高烧结矿的结块率 ,改善其粒度组成和强度 ,同时还可增产降耗。
On the basis of analyzing the material conditions and the sinter quality (R=1 65～1 95) of №2 sintering plant in Hangang during January to August in 2000,the view of production of high basicity sinter(1 8～1 9) could be helpful to increasing sinter output and improving sinter quility was proposed
