摘要 目的 :比较 12种大孔树脂对LDL的吸附效率。方法 :在高脂血清中 ,采用静态和模拟血液灌流两种方法对不同的树脂进行吸附LDL。结果 :3号和 10号树脂对LDL吸附效率高 ,且对HDL影响较小。结论 :3号、 10号树脂对LDL具有良好的吸附能力 。 Objective:To compare the adsoroptive rates of 12 macropore resins on adsorption of LDL.Methods:Static and simulating blood perfusion methods were empolyed to adsorb LDL of hyperlipidemic serum with different resins.Results:The adsorptive rates of No.3 and 10 resins were high,and had fewer influences on HDL.Conclusion:Good adsorptive capacities on LDL could be found in No.3 and 10 resins.This may provide urther animal and clinical experiments with guidance.
