摘要
应用RAPD技术对贵农 2 1的白粉病抗性基因进行了分子标记 ,结果找到了贵农 2 1中的两个白粉病抗性基因的分子标记 ,其中有一个抗病性基因相同于P38中的Pm2 1,来自于簇毛麦 ,其分子标记就是P38的RAPD标记OPH1712 65和OPH1714 0 0 ,并已转化为SCAR标记 ;另外一个抗病性基因的RAPD的分子标记为OPO15 12 0 0 。
Two molecular markers of gene conferring powdery mildew resistance are found in Guinong 21 by using RAPD and SCAR molecular marker techniques, one of the markers is similar to that in P38 comming from Haynaldia villosa, and its molecular markers are OPH17 1?256 and OPH17 1?400 that Pm21 conferring powdery mildew resistance has and now have been translated to SCAR molecular marker. Another gene comes from Triticum durum Sauwne 20 and its RAPD molecular is OPO15 1?200 .
