摘要
目的 探讨雄性大鼠去睾后骨丢失的组织学机理 ,以及应用健脾中药和钙剂后的组织学反应。方法 选用10月龄雄性大鼠行去睾术作为病理模型。分组为 :正常组、病理组、钙剂组和健脾中药 +钙剂组。用药12周后处死大鼠取腰1~2脊椎 ,作不脱钙骨切片 ,测定骨形态计量学各骨量、骨矿化和骨表面参数。各组参数作方差分析 ,显著性检验。结果 (1)病理组骨量和骨矿化参数小于正常组(P<0.05)。表面参数显示 :成骨参数减少、破骨参数增加、骨转换加快 (P<0.05)。(2)健脾中药 +钙剂组皮质骨平均厚度 (MWT)、骨小梁骨矿化率 (MRt)和骨内膜骨矿化率 (MRe)高于病理组和钙剂组 (P<0.05)。(3)钙剂组各参数与病理组相似。结论 重建负平衡和骨高转换是导致去睾后骨丢失的共同机理 ,因此临床治疗老年男性骨质疏松症应联合用药。健脾中药有促进去睾大鼠对钙剂吸收利用的作用 ,从而加快骨的矿化过程 ,提高皮质骨的厚度 ,是治疗该病的有效方法之一。
Objective To study the histological changes of the lost bone of eunuchized male rats and its histological response to Chinese herb invigorating spleen and calcium. Methods Ten-month-old male rats whose testicles had been cut away were selected as pathological model. After receiving drugs for 12 weeks, they were killed to determine diverse bone indexes and superficial indexes of bone morphological metrology and mad ANOVA. Results All bone indexes in the pathological group were smaller than the normal one (p<0.05). All superficial indexes showed: osteoclast index increased, osteogenesis index decreased, bone transformation became faster than before (p<0.05). The MWT, MRt and Mre of the combination therapy group were highter than those of the calcium group. Conclusion Negative balance of reconstruction and high bone transformation were the mechanisms of the lost bone in eunuchized male rats. Combination therapy with Chinese herb invigorating spleen and calcium could improve the calcium absorption.
