摘要
以聚氧亚丙基二醇与顺丁烯二酸酐反应(70℃,7—8 h)生成半酯,用半酯与含NCO的预聚体反应(70℃)生成带羧基的改性聚氨酯树脂,后者于30—40℃下用氢氧化钠溶液乳化,即得阴离子型聚氨酯乳液。该乳液性能为:平均粒径0.3—0.5μm,pH值6—8,粘度(25℃)0.04—0.05Pa·s,表面张力0.04N/m,总固物含量40%,贮存稳定性大于6个月。胶膜性能为:拉伸强度13一15MPa,伸长率400—600%,邵尔A型硬度80—85度,300%定伸应力6.0—6.5MPa。该胶乳已用于织物整理、涂层和仿麂皮绒等领域。
A semi-ester was prepared by reacting polyoxypropylene triol with maleic anhydride at 70℃ for 7-8 h,which was treated with isocyanate prepolymer having NCO groups at 70℃ to produce a modified isocyanate prepolymer teminated with carboxyl groups.The prepolymer was added to an aqueous solution containing sodium hydroxide at 30-40℃,to give an anionic polyurethane emulsion.The properties of the anionic polyurethane emulsion were as follows: average particle size 0.3-0.5μ m, pH 6-8, viscosity 0.04-0.05 Pa·s at 25℃, surface tension 0.04 N/m, total solids content 40% and storage stability≥ 6 months at room temperature.The film formed from the emulsion had tensile strength 13-15 MPa, elongation 400-600%, Shore A hardness 80-85 degrees, and 300% modulus 6.0-6.5 MPa. The emulsion could be used for fabric finishing, coating and suede leather etc.
