摘要
目的 研究中药金银花主要有效成分氯原酸的体外抗病毒作用。方法 应用体外细胞培养及抗病毒中和实验观察氯原酸对常见呼吸道病毒的抑制作用。结果 氯原酸浓度分别为 0 .0 5mg/ml、0 .1mg/ml、0 .4mg/ml、0 .8mg/ml时 ,可分别体外抑制合胞病毒、柯萨奇B3、腺病毒 7型、腺病毒 3型和柯萨奇B5型。
Objective To study the effect on virus inhibition by Chlorogenic acid in vitro .Methods Utilizing the culture Hep 2 cell and the mixed experiment to observe the inhibited effect of Chlorogenic acid on commonly seen virus in respiratory tract infection.Results The concentration of Chlorogenic acid was 0.05mg/ml, 0.1 mg/ml,0.4mg/ml,0.8mg/ml respectively,it can respectively inhibit respiratory syncytia virus,Coxsackie B 3 virus,adeno associated 7 virus,adeno associated 3 virus and Coxsackie B 5 virus. Conclusion Chlorogenic acid have a strong inhibited effect on commonly seen virus in respiratory tract infection.
