摘要
用改进的汽-液双循环平衡釜测定了含有叔丁醇、乙二醇独乙醚、水和乙基叔丁基乙二醚溶液的六个二元和一个四元体系及叔丁醇-乙二醇独乙醚-水三元体系的汽-液平衡数据。还用液-液平衡釜和Pratt釜测定了水和乙基叔丁基乙二醚体系的互溶度,汽-液平衡数据和共沸组成。用非线性最小二乘法关联了Wilson和NRTL方程的能量参数,推算了三元和四元体系的汽-液平衡。推算的泡点和汽相组成与实验数据相当吻合。
The vapor-liquid equilibrium data of five binary and one quaternary systems containing tertbutanol, ethylene glycol monoethyl ether ( EG ), water and ethyl tertbutyl ethyl diether ( DT ) , and one ternary system containing tertbutanol,EG and water were determined by using a modifed equilibrium still with double circulator .The mutual solubility, vapor-liquid equilibirium data and azeotropic composition of water and DT were also determined by using liquid-liquid equilibrum still and Pratt still. Optimized by the nonlinear least-squares method, the Wilson and NRTL equations'energy parameters were calculated from the binary experimental data. Predictions of vapor-liquid equilibrium were made for the ternary and quaternary systems. Bubble temperatures and vapor compositions predicted were showing a good agreement with the experimental data.
