摘要
在C_4抽提和丁二烯合成系统工业装置上,以用量12 ppm的羟基乙叉二膦酸作循环冷却水的缓蚀阻垢剂,并配以通氯杀菌灭藻技术,试验时间为33、49和52 d,挂片腐蚀率分别为0.039、0.049和 0.056 mm/a,换热器运转 52、69和 72 d,结垢速率分别为 3.40、8.39和 11.76 mg/(cm^2·月),均低于中国石化总公司规定的指标。换热器可以连续长期运转。与原使用的 LH 304 S配方相比,直接经济效益达 12万元/a。本法操作简便,安全可靠,适用于结垢型水的水质处理。
The circulated cooling water treatment was studied on an industrial plant of C4 extraction and butadiene production by adding 12 ppm hydro-xyethylidenediphanic acid as corrosion inhibitor and scale retarder, and by adding chlorine as bactericide and algicide.When test period is 33, 49 and 52 d, the corrosion rate of the test spool is 0.039,0.049 and 0.056 mm/a, respectively.When the heat exchanger is operated for 52,69 and 72 d, the scale rate is 3.40,8.39 and 11.76 mg/(cm2·month), respectively.The method is simple,safe and reliable,and is suitable for the treatment of water which is easy to scale.
