摘要
系统解剖和观察了危害烟草的码绢金龟Maladerasp .雌性生殖系统 ,根据其在生殖过程中的解剖学变化特征 ,将雌性生殖系统发育分为 5级 ,其中发育为 2 ,3,4级的卵巢成份分别处于产卵初期、盛期和末期 ;同时各级卵巢的鲜重和核酸、蛋白质、磷脂及酸溶性磷等主要生化成份含量变化测定表明各级卵巢差异明显 ,3级卵巢最重 ,4级与 2级次之 ,5级与 1级最低。根据此分级标准 ,于 1999至 2 0 0 0年 5~ 8月连续 2年在昆明、宜良等地烟区烟田进行测报应用 ,结果表明 ,田间危害烟叶的雌虫生殖系统发育级别与烟田及室内产卵量存在较大的相关性 ,当雌成虫生殖系统发育至 3级的个体占 5 0 %前时性比约为 2∶1,当雌成虫生殖系统发育至 3级的个体占 5 0 %以上时 ,性比为 3∶1,9d~ 12d后田间卵量则达到盛期 ,4级、3级的个体占 5 0 %以上时 ,4d~
Anatomical observation was made of the female reproductive system of Maladera sp., a pest attacking tobacco plants, and its developmental process was divided into 5 grades based on the changes in its anatomical characteristics. The 2 nd , 3 rd and 4 th grades coincided with the initial, full and terminal oviposition periods of the ovary. Determination of the fresh weight of the ovary and the contents of nucleic acid, protein, phospholipids and acid-soluble phosphorus in it showed significant differences among different grades. Ovaries of the 3 rd grade were the greatest in weight, followed by the 2 nd and 4 th grades and the 1st and 5 th grades. Such a grading standard was applied and was shown to be valid in Maladera occurrence forecasting in the flue-cured tobacco fields in Kunming and Yiliang of Yunnan in May-August in 1999 and 2000. It was found that the peak of egg number occurred at the time of 9~12 days after 3 rd grade individuals accounted for nearly 50% of the total and the sex ratio was about 2∶1. The terminal period of oviposition occurred at the time when 4 th grade individuals accounted for more than 50% of the total and the sex ratio approached 3∶1.
