摘要
配合力方差分析表明,除总小穗数和旗叶面积的特殊配合力方差不显著外.其它性状的一般配合力(GCA)和特殊配合力(SCA)方差均十分显著。多数性状的GCA 方差显著大于SCA 方差。说明小麦大多数经济性状的遗传以加性效应为主。矮孟牛是表现最突出的亲本,其GCA 总效应居第一位,在丰产性、抗病性,株型,光合速率等许多性状上配合力效应好,且δ_(si)~2较小,在不同杂交组合中能较整齐地把其综合优良特性传递给后代,在小麦育种中有极其广阔的应用前途,对于以加性效应为主的性状,亲本本身表现与其GCA 效应基本是一致的。F_1代表现与SCA 效应呈显著正相关,但也受双亲GCA 的影响。因此,选配杂交组合应在亲本GCA 高的基础上、再注重其SCA 的选择。
The variance analysis of combining ability showed that both GCA and SCA varianceswere signiicant in all the traits except for spikelets per spike and flag leaf area.The most ofeconomic traits in wheat were mainly controlled by additive effects since their variances ofGCA were much larger than those of SCA.“Aimengniu”was the most prominent parentand its total GCA effect ranked first among the materials examined.The experiment show-ed that it was an excellent general combiner for many traits such as prolificacy,disease re-sistance,the type of plant morphologic architecture,anti photosynthetic efficiency etc.,andthe superior features of these traits were consistently inheritable in different crosses sincethey had smaller SCA variances.It was,therefore,a highly promising germplasm inwheat breeding.For the traits which showed higher additive gene effects,the performanceof parents was consistent with their GCA effects.Significantly positive correlation wasfound between F_1 and SCA effects,but the former was simultaneously influenced by GCAof the parcuts.To obtain desirable combinations,the emphasis should be put on theevaluation of SCA effects on the basis of GCA of the parents.
