摘要
60羽 42~ 44日龄AA健康肉鸡随机分为对照组A (n=30 ) ,试验组B、C、D (n =30 )。B、C、D则分别为静脉注射 10mg·kg-1Nω 硝基左旋精氨酸甲酯 (L NAME)后 1,2和 4h的 3个组。用右心导管测定肺动脉压 ,同时进行心电描记。然后 ,通过右心导管注入硝普钠 (SNP) ,再次观察并记录肺动脉压 (PAP)及心电图 (ECG)的变化。结果表明 ,(1)静脉注射L NAME后B、C组肉鸡的平均肺动脉压 (mPAP)显著升高 (P <0 0 5 ) ;Ⅱ导联和aVF 导联S波、RS波的波幅增加。Ⅱ导联S波、RS波的波幅与mPAP的相关系数在B和C组分别为 - 0 848,- 0 5 5 3和 - 0 798,- 0 5 12。aVF 导联S波、RS波的波幅与mPAP的相关系数在B和C组分别为 - 0 735 ,- 0 5 96和 - 0 6 6 3 ,- 0 72 4。通过右心导管注入SNP能极显著降低mPAP (P<0 0 1) ,Ⅱ导联S波、RS波的波幅在B和C组的下降幅度较A组显著。Ⅱ导联S波、RS波的波幅变化与mPAP的相关系数B和C组分别为 - 0 895 ,- 0 5 42和 - 0 6 36 ,- 0 6 76。 (2 )D组mPAP ,Ⅱ导联和aVF 导联S波、RS波的波幅与A组差异不显著。
Sixty broilers at aged 42 to 44 days were divided into control group A(n=30)and treatment groups B,C,D(n=30)which were intravenously infused with L NAME,SNP in 1 h, 2 h,4 h respectively.Values of mean pulmonary arterial pressure(mPAP)and electrocardiogram(ECG)were measured.The results showed that:(1)The mPAP was significantly increased(P<0 05)in group B and group C after intravenous infusion of L NAME.S wave,RS wave amplitudes in lead Ⅱ and aV F were deeper in group B and group C than in group A.The correlation coefficient between the mPAP and ECG S wave,RS wave amplitudes for lead Ⅱ were -0 848,-0 553 in group B,and -0 798,-0 512 in group C,while in lead aV F were -0 735,-0 596,-0 663, -0 724 respectively.The mPAP was significantly reduced(P<0 01)in group B and group C after intravenous infusion of SNP.S wave,RS wave amplitudes in lead Ⅱ were reduced in group B and C than in group A.The correlation coefficient between S wave,RS wave amplitudes in lead Ⅱ and mPAP were -0 895,-0 542,-0 636,-0 676 in group B and C respectively.(2)mPAP,S wave,RS wave amplitudes in lead Ⅱ and aV F were not significantly different between group D and group A.It appears likely from these results that the pulmonary vascular endothelium releases NO that in turn reduces the pulmonary vascular resistance or attenuates myocardial contractility in broiler chickens.
