摘要
1997～ 1999年 ,对 3年生红花木莲苗上发生的南方根结线虫病和 2年生牡丹上发生的腐烂茎线虫病进行了检疫处理试验。结果表明 :使用克线磷和NaClO混配剂 ,经 5 0℃、 2 5min处理红花木莲感病苗根部 ,可以有效杀死病苗中的南方根结线虫 ;使用苯菌灵、多菌灵和米乐尔混配剂 ,经 6 0℃、 15min或 5 5℃、 2 5min处理牡丹感病苗根部 ,可以有效地杀死腐烂茎线虫。两种处理对供试苗的存活率均无明显不良影响 ,处理过的苗木均达到我国出口检验检疫标准 。
During 1997?1999,quarantine treatment tests were carried out for young plant roots of Manjlietia insignis infected by Meloidogyne incognita and of Paeonia suffruticosa infected by Ditylenchus destructor .Results showed that a treatment of plant roots with pesticide solution A containing Fenamiphos and NaClO at 50 ℃ for 25 minutes effectively killed M.incognita inside roots,and with pesticide solution B containing Benomyl,Carbendazim and Miral at 60 ℃ for 15 minutes or at 55 ℃ for 25 minutes effectively killed D.destructor. Both treatments did not significantly affect the survival rate of the plants tested.Treated plants meet the requirements for exporting to foreign countries.
