摘要
分析在社会主义市场经济条件下大学生在择业观上的变化以及存在的问题 ,探讨如何加强德育教育 ,以培养大学生正确的择业观 .
The sense changes of choosing jobs and the existing problems of undergaduates are analyzed under the condition of socialist market economy.And the problem how to strengthen the moral education is discussed in order to cultivate the correct sense of choosing jobs of undergraduates.
