摘要
从鸡胸腺、脾脏、哈德氏腺、外周血液和法氏囊等免疫器官中分离淋巴细胞 ,应用 RT-PCR对这些免疫器官中鸡 CD4分子 m RNA的表达进行了研究。同时 ,用 RT-PCR对鸡脾淋巴细胞 CD4分子 c DNA进行了克隆和序列测定。结果表明 ,在上述器官中 ,法氏囊淋巴细胞不表达鸡 CD4分子 m RNA,其他器官中均有表达。通过序列分析表明 ,本试验扩增得到的基因为编码鸡
The amplification of chicken CD4gene in differentimmune organs was carried outwith the method of RT-PCR.The resultsdemonstrated thatthegenewas expressed in lymphocytesof thy- mus,spleen,Harder′s gland and peripheral blood butnotin those of bursa Fabricius. Then the gene amplified in spleen was cloned and sequenced. Its nucleotide sequence was proved to be identical to thatof published chicken CD4gene.
