摘要
系统介绍了RFLP、RAPD概念、原理及特点以及国内外RFLP、RAPD在玉米育种应用上研究现状 。
In this paper the concept, principle and character of RFLP and RAPD were systematically introduced and utilization of them in maize breeding at home and abroad was also discussed. At the same time, the development of transgene technique at home and abroad was accounted.
