摘要
以花托为外植体 ,在培养基中添加 1- 10 0mg LLa(NO3) 3不影响菊花花托外植体膨大和分化成苗所需时间 ,影响外植体的分化率、增殖倍数、幼苗的根数以及根系和茎叶中干物质的积累。 1mg LLa(NO3) 3处理显著增加了外植体的增殖倍数 ,5 0 - 10 0mg LLa(NO3) 3处理显著降低了外植体的分化率和增殖倍数 ,1- 5 0mg LLa(NO3) 3处理促进外植体的生根、根系伸长以及茎叶和根系中干物质含量的积累 ,10 0mg LLa(NO3)
mg/L La(NO 3) 3 was mixed into media ,and the torses were used as explants.It was found that La(NO\-3)\-3 at different concentrations did not affect time needed for explants to split ,but affect percentage of differentiation and propagation times of explants,the number of roots,and dry matter contents of stems,leaves and roots。Media with 1 mg/L La(NO\-3)\-3 dramatically increased propagation times of explants,50-100 mg/L La(NO\-3)\-3 dramatically dropped percentage of differentiation and propagation times of explants。Media with 1-50 mg/L La(NO\-3)\-3 increased the number and length of roots,and the percentages of dry matter of stems,leaves and roots,but Media with 100 mg/L La(NO\-3)\-3 produced an opposite effect.
