摘要
利用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直板电泳分析了日本对虾 ( Peneausjaponicus)成体发育过程中 ( 3.5~ 1 1 .5cm) 6种同工酶的变化 . LDH均只有一条酶带 ,但 3.5 cm体长的个体酶量较少 . GDH在 3.5 cm体长的个体只有一条酶带 ,而其他阶段的个体均有 2条酶带 .ADH的表型稳定 ,共有 3条酶带 .EST的变化发生在9.5 cm体长的个体 ,突然出现一条新的酶带 . SOD共有 5条负带 ,但 3.5 cm体长的个体其中 SOD-4酶量减少 .MDH显示的酶带数量较多 ,共 7条 ,主要的差异也出现在 3.5 cm体长的阶段 .总之 ,体长从 3.5 cm到6 .5
In this paper,polyacrylamide gel electrophoriesis method was used to analyse 6 isozyme (LDH,GDH,ADH,EST,SOD and MDH) changes during individual growth and development of Peneaus japonicus(3.5~11.5 cm). The results showed as follows: ADH kept stable during the growth and development.The greater changes of LDH,GDH,SOD and MDH happened during the 3.5~6.5 cm period of time. One isozyme belt of EST emerged suddenly in the 9.5 cm individuals.
