摘要
比较了步进光延时线单元的两种不同的拓扑结构 ,指出了马赫 泽德式单元的优越性 .设计并制作了连续可调的延时线 ,和Santec公司的产品作了简单的比较 ,指出了采用C LENS的准直器在插入损耗方面的优点 ,尚需改进的地方是插入损耗的稳定性 .综合考察各种延时线的优缺点 ,设计出大量程的可调光延时线 .
Two types of optical delay line are introduced in this paper, namely, step optical delay line and variable optical delay line. Unit based on MZI is compared on Extinction Ratio with others and feedback unit, which consist of step optical delay line. A linearly tunable optical delay line using two C LENS collimators is designed and fabricated. Compare with ODL 320 of Santec, the product has a better performance in minimum loss. The two types of delay line are cascaded to extend the delay range.
