摘要
用三线馏出油为填充油,考察了充油量对两种不同分子量的钛系 1,2-聚丁二烯橡胶(Ti胶)加工和使用性能的影响。与未充油 Ti胶相比,充油 Ti胶的加工挤出性能显著改善,硫化速度加快,其力学性能下降不多,耐热氧、耐臭氧和抗湿滑性能优越。充油20份可以改善Ti 胶的耐低温性能。对于分子量较高的 Ti胶,充油效果更为明显,充油量可高达 60份,而对其物理机械性能影响不大。
The effects of oil content on the properties of oil-extended Ti-1,2-polybutadiene rubber (Ti-1,2-PB) produced with titanium catalyst system and having different average molecular weights was studied by using the third-line distillate oil as the extending oil. The results showed that the extrusion property of Ti-1, 2-PB, after being extended with oil, was improved remarkably and its vulcanization velocity increased. The mechanical properties of oil-extended Ti-1,2-PB decreased slightly, while its resistances to ozone and hot oxygen as well as wet skid resistance were superior to the un-extended 1, 2-PBs . By extending with 20 phr oil, the low temperature resistance property of Ti-1,2-PB could be improved, and the higher the average molecular weight of Ti-1,2-PB, the more remarkable the improvement in the properties of oil-extended Ti-1, 2-PB, till up to the maximum oil level of 60 phr, with little sacrifices in its mechanical properties.
