工作面预板初次断裂的有限元模拟

摘要 本文是在塑造更切实际的空间计算模型的基础上,利用三维含节理弹性静力程序兼人为处理破坏单元,对顶板中的应力分布及其变化进行了模拟计算,通过对计算结果的分析,打破了以前用某一个静态的模型所分析的初始断裂位置和由此导出的初次断裂步距及初次断裂引起的矿山压力显现。本文认为:顶板的初始断裂是经过一系列复杂的应力变化产生的。本文虽未给出定量的结论,但在分析计算结果的基础上指出了以前确定顶板初始断裂的不足,并给出顶板初始断裂的一般定性规律,对顶板的破坏规律进行更深入研究必将起到促进作用。 Using three-dimensional elastic-static program Containing joints and artificially handling the broken elements this paper carries out the sim- ulation of stress distribution of roof and its change based on space calculting model. Through analysis of calcucated results, it breaks the concept of pr- imary fracture position and primary fracture length of toof and mine pressure manifestation caused by primary fracture previously using one static modcl. The paper concludes that primary fracture of roof is caused by a series of complicated stress change. Although the paper doesnt give quantitative conclusion, it has pointed aut the disadvantage of primary fracture determined by privious method and given generat gualitative law of primary fracture of roof, this will make good effect to further research of roof fracture law.
