摘要
饭店业在突飞猛进的发展过程中暴露了一些问题 ,限制了饭店业的可持续发展。在饭店业实施绿色管理有着重要意义 ,具体可以从健全管理机制、培育绿色文化、进行绿色生产、提供绿色服务、开展绿色营销、争取绿色认证等六个方面做好工作。
The problems arisen from the fast development of restaurant trade limit its continous development. To spread green management in restaurant trade is of great importance, which can be dine in six ways as amplifying management system, cultivating green culture, engaging in green production, providing green service,developing green marketing and striving for green certification.
