摘要
当前的土地规划存在着与经济发展实际相矛盾、方法滞后、没能有效保护耕地、对农村居民点和道路网布局重视不够、缺乏严肃性等五个问题。针对这些问题 ,文章提出了改进规划方法、完善规划内容、坚持保护基本农田、实行严格的土地用途管理制度、实施规划动态监测、树立规划管理意识等六项对策。
Land planing and economic development have been in conflict at present. There are problems mainly including no effective protection of cultivated land, backward planing method. The paper puts forward relevant measures.
