降低一年生植物纤维板吸水厚度膨胀率的研究 被引量:2

STUDY ON REDUCING DILATABILITY OF HYGROSCOPIC THICKNESS OF COMPOSITE PLATES WITH ANNUAL PLANT FIBRE

摘要 本文对一年生植物纤维复合板的吸水机理进行了探讨,并研制了新型防水剂GM—1。对用GM—1防水剂处理的麻杆、玉米杆和棉杆、加脲醛树脂热压而成的复合板的吸水厚度膨胀率和静曲强度进行了试验。结果表明:在一年生植物纤维复合板热压前加入GM—1防水剂,可大大降低复合板的吸水厚度膨胀率,且板的静曲强度有所提高,生产和操作也能得到改善。 The hygroscopic mechanism of composite plates with annual plant fibre was studied in this paper, and a new type of waterproofing agent (GM-1) was developed. The dilatabilty of hygroscopic thickness and static flexural strength of the composite plates with hemp,corn and cotton stems which were treated with GM—1, added with urea resin and then shaped by hot-press were tested. The results showed that the dilatability of hygroscopic thickness of the composite plates with annual plant fibre which were added with GM—1 before hot-press was reduced greatly, and the static flexural strength was increased. It also improved the production and operation.
