摘要
讨论燃油锅炉和燃煤锅炉(层燃型)的燃烧机理及相应的控制方法。认为通过烟气中含氧量监控燃烧状态的方法适于燃油锅炉但不适于层燃链条锅炉。介绍一种适用于层燃炉的正平衡自寻优燃烧控制方法:它能利用微机的精确计算和逻辑判断功能,进行在线自动寻求最佳空燃比的操作。经在热水锅炉应用的实践证明,本方法实用可靠,效果良好。
Deals with mechanism and control of combustion in the oil fired boiler and coal fired boiler ( stoker-fired ). Indicates that the combustion state control by monitoring oxygen content in exhaust is suitable to the former but unsuitable to the latter boiler. Proposes a selfoptimizing control method based on positive balance principle and suited for the coal fired boiler.Utilizing microcomputer's functions such as exact computation and logic judgment, this method can realize on-line operation to automatically search optimal air-fuel ratio. Application of the method to a hot water heating boiler for 3 years shows it's practical, reliable and efficient.
