纺前注射法生产涤纶有色圆中空纤维初探 被引量:1

摘要 叙述了纺前注射法生产涤纶有色圆中空纤维的设备及影响因素。指出将失重加料器固定在悬吊平台上。可减少外界射起的振动,有效地控制色差。染料垂直落入混色器中心管,切片沿中心管外围包在染料的周围下移,这样能保证切片与染料均匀混合。由于染料不同,纺丝温度也不同,但一般温度低,粘度大,熔体流动阻力大,有利于中空的形成。泵供量小。与强化冷却条件的效果一致。有利于中空度提高本工作选用泵供量276g/min,冷却风温27.0±1.0°C生产出了较为理想的半成品、成品有色涤纶圆中空纤维,合格率100%。 The factors and equipments for production of colour hollow PET fibre through injec- tion method have been described in this paper. The conclusions have been drawn that when the lees-in-weight feeder is fixed on the hung platform, the vibration from outside can be decreased and the colour aberration can be controlled efficiently. When the dyestuff drops into the central tube of the mixer vertically, the chips move down outside the tube, the chips and the dyestuff cau be mixed evenly. Low temperature, high viscosity and melt flow resistance are beneficial to the formation of the hollo W, small pump input is favoutable for the increase of the hollowness. Some ideal interermediat and finished products of colour hollow PET fibre have been manufactured with pump input 276g/min, cooling air tempera- ture 27.0±1.0℃.
