摘要
矿产资源支撑着国民经济的发展 ,但采矿会不同程度地对土地造成破坏 ,如何决矿业开发与土地保护的矛盾 ,作者试提出相应的对策。
While mineral resources support development of the national economy, mineral exploitation impairs the land resources to a certain degree. The paper puts forward some countermeasures to deal with the inconsistency between mineral exploitation and land resources protection.
