摘要
３ｔ液力变速箱体铸件结构较复杂，用消失模生产该件的过程中出现砂眼缺陷。在分析砂眼缺陷产生原因的基础上，找出了解决措施，现已基本消除该缺陷。
The housing casting for 3t hydrostatic transmission was complicated in its construction. Sand in- clusion defect occurred in producing the casting with EPC process. Based on analysis of the reason causing the defect, the measures to prevent defect was found, and the defect has been hasically eliminated.
