摘要
目的 观察中西医结合治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法 对照组 77例采用西药灌肠和西药口服治疗 ,治疗组 86例在对照组治疗基础上于灌肠液中加入中药灌肠液 ,并口服中药汤剂治疗。 2组均 2周为 1个疗程 ,治疗 3个疗程 ,并随诊 3个月后统计疗效。结果 治疗组治愈率为 6 0 .4 % ,总有效率 97.6 % ;对照组治愈率为 4 1.5 % ,总有效率为 76 .6 %。 2组治愈率、总有效率比较均有极显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。 6个月后治疗组复发率为 11.6 % ,对照组为 32 .4 % ,2组比较有极显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 中西医结合治疗溃疡性结肠炎效果显著 ,且复发率低。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of combination of traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine on ulcerative colitis.Methods Seventy-seven patients in control group were treated by enema and oral administration with western medicine; based on the therapy in control group, the patients in treatment group were treated by enema and oral administration with traditional Chinese medicine,with a treatment course of two weeks for both groups.The therapeutic effect was evaluated after three courses.Results The cure rate and total effective rate were 60.4%,97.6% in treatment group respectively, and 41.5%,76.6% in control group respectively. There were significant differences between two groups in cure rate and total effective rate (P<0.01).The recurrence rate after 6 months was 11.6% in treatment group and 32.4% in control group, there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.01). Conclusion Combination of traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine can produce obvious therapeutic effect on ulcerative colitis.
