摘要
文章叙述了非织布用纤维的基本条件,即纤维力学性能、化学结构等对非织布性能的影响。符合各种性能非织布的需要而开发了异形纤维、卷曲纤维、复合纤维和热粘纤维等。还简单介绍了各种用途的非织布所需的纤维原料、纤维规格及非织布的制法。
The fundamental conditions of fibers used for nonwovens namely the influence of mechanical properties and chemical structures upon the performance of nonwovens have been described. Recently a variety of profile, curled, composite and thermal binding fibers which are suitable to make nonwovens has been developed, the raw fibers and their specifications foa thrnonwovens of different uses as well as their production-have been briefly introduced.
