摘要
1979年后,城镇经济的辐射,交通运输的发展,激发了兴胜人的致富动机,75％的农民成为多重职业者,人的素质及经营能力得到提高。这是兴胜脱贫致富的重要原因。庙堂这样的贫困村要脱贫致富,一是依靠政策;三是依靠科技;三是依靠投入,以便改善自然-社会环境;四是依靠服务。在开发资源、发展经济的过程中,提高人的素质和经营能力,落后村庄的脱贫致富是有望的。
Xingsheng (at 109°48′21″E,31°16°30″N and an altitude of 120-210m) and Miaotang(at 110°05′50″E,31°21′50″N and an altitude of 800-2200m)are two villages in Wushan County of Sichuan Province. Xingsheng Village in 1978 was as poor as Miaotang Village in 1988. After 1979 ,due to the radition of the economic development of cities and towns and the function of the traffic hub, kindled the prosperous and successful desires of the people in Xingsheng Village and 75% of the farmers have the double occupations and consequently,the quality and the ability for business management of the farmers in Xingsheng Village were much improved. This is the main cause which makes the people in Xingsheng leave impoverishment and come into prosperity.The unfavourable physical conditions and the blocked social environment limited the inconvenient play of the regional superiority and the improvement of the quality and the ability for business management of the farmers in Miaotang Village.The ways for the backward village such as Miaotang to leave impoverishment and come into prosperity-1.a correct policy on help the impoverishment should be formulated and educate the farmers to have the high aspiration and the desire for leave the impoverishment ; 2. depend upon science and technology, demonstration projects using local resources and the practicable science and technology should be established in the backward village and this will be much convenient for the low quality farmers have the chance to learn and imitate; 3. investment should be put into the village and the transportation and communication industries should be developed; 4. services for before,in the process and after the production should be established and support the industries with higher superiority.
