摘要
系统地改变冲洗剂中强组分浓度、离子对试剂浓度、离子强度和pH值,实验测定了一些氨基苯磺酸类样品的保留值;通过保留值与各种参数的拟合,验证了溶质与离子对试剂具有相反电荷时应用统计热力学推导所得的保留值变化规律式的正确性。
The Validity of fundamental elution equation derived by statistical thermodynamic method in ion-pair reversed-phase chromatography to describe the effects ofconcentration of strong solvent, ion-pair reagent and ionic strength on the retention value has been confirmed by systematic measuring the capacity factor with changing each variable, as the ionic solutes used take the charge opposite to the ion- pair reagents used. For the ampherteric compounds, the equation to describe the effect of acidity in mobile phase on retention has been proved experimentally.
