The coixenolide,grape-seed oil and mixed glycerides were separated and determined by SFC using home-made SFC equipment,with SF CO2mobile phase,FID detector, 13m× 90μm i. d. methylpolysiloxane capillary column at 80℃- By combining the determination of the esterified samples by GC,qualitative and quantitative results of the samples were obtained with relative errors less than 3%. According to the rules forming glycerides, the structures of the samples were conjectured.
