摘要
用反相高效液相色谱技术分析了17个不同倍性水平的燕麦种质收集物的种子醇溶蛋白,发现其色谱组分峰数随燕麦倍牲水平的增加而有所增多,且所有不同收集物的色谱图型差异显著,并均表现出各自明显的特异性。因此,应用此技术分析燕麦种子醇溶蛋自可以对燕麦种质进行染色体倍性水平鉴定和收集物鉴定。
Avenins,the prolamin protein fraction of oat,extracted from 17 oat germplasms were characterized by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC).Ge -nerally,the number of chromatographic peaks increased as pioidy of the accessions increased from diploid (five accessions) to tetraploid (six accessions),and to hexaploid (six accessions).The chromatograms presented show that significant qulitative and quantitative differences occur among ail 17 oat accessions examined,and each has its own considerable characteristic genotypic fingerprints.Therefore,the pioidy level and accessions of oat germplasm can be identified through RP-HPLC of their avenins directly extracted from oat flour with 70% aqueous ethanol.
