摘要
玫瑰花以其艳丽的外观、芬芳迷人的香气深受人们的喜爱,玫瑰油是非常珍贵的天然香料。我国是世界上几个玫瑰油产量较高的国家之一,国内许多地区都有栽培,其成分也已有报道。但由于受品种、土壤、温度、雨量等因素的影响,不同地区玫瑰的香气及特征有所差异。
The constituents of the essential oil of Pingyin Roses cultivated in Shandong have been studied by GC and GC / MS.Thirty-six constituents amounting to 94% of the total peak area have been identified.The main components are betacitronellol,geraniol,nerol and some of their esters as well as methyl eugenol.In comparison with other rose essential oils,the Pingyin one is characterized with its lower phenyl ethanol and higher cis- and trans-rose oxide contents.The non-condensable aroma-volatiles in the exit vapor distilled off from the oils were also collected by water scrubbing and analyzed.The comparison of the constituents of rose essential oils between different species was also performed.
