摘要
在高效离子色谱分析法中,对于单组分淋洗液体系(包括单柱和双柱系统),被分离的组分的保留值与淋洗液浓度的关系可用下式表示: lgtr′=-y/x lg[淋洗液]+常数 其中y为样品离子的电荷数,x为淋洗液离子的电荷数。
In HPIC of anions the bicarbonate-carbonate solutions are generally used as eluents.The relationship between the'retention value of anions and the concentration of Na2CO3 and NaHCO3 has been studied in this paper.An equation to describe the relationship was established.The relative deviations with the use of the equation were below 7%.
